Ingredients smoothie BANACHICO
2-3 bananas 1 orange or 2 tangerines 1 grapefruit juice of 1 lemon 1 perennial chicory 1-2 carrots 1 tbsp fresh mung bean sprouts (if available) 2-3 tbsp grated coconut 1 tbsp linseed oil (also olive or sesame oil possible) 1 tsp turmeric or cinnamon spring water or filtered water, organic apple juice and organic orange juice (mixture to taste)
Preparation smoothie BANACHICO
