Peanuts are, like other nuts, quite fatty, and yet, interestingly enough, they just improve blood lipid levels and also provide healthy and elastic blood vessels. Peanuts in the shell, which can easily be cracked with your hands, represent the most natural form of peanut enjoyment. But a pure peanut must in organic quality, which consists exclusively of ground peanuts without the addition of fats, is also recommended.
Ingredients for 2 servings
For the shake
- 80 g unsalted peanut sauce
- 1 sweet orange - squeeze out
- 2 small sweet apples - wash, quarter and core
Liquid ingredients and spices
- 400 ml of soy, rice or almond milk
- 1 teaspoon yacon syrup (if required)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch of crystal salt
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix to a creamy shake.
