With its juicy pulp, the mango enriches chutneys, desserts or smoothies. For this recipe, it was mixed together with orange and lemon juice to a refreshing-fruity dressing. It is particularly suitable for the preparation of lettuce. But other salads, such as a lentil salad, the dressing gives a pleasant lightness and freshness.
- 1 ripe mango
Liquid ingredients and spices
- 3 tablespoons of orange juice
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 6 tbsp cold-pressed oil
- maybe some yacon syrup
- maybe some water for dilution
Peel the mango and add the pulp and all other ingredients to the blender.
