Ingredients for two portions:

  • 1 package Konjak spaghetti
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 400g brown lentils from the tin (drained)
  • 1 teaspoon dried chili
  • 1 onion (finely diced)
  • 1 celery stick (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • ½ zucchini (sliced)
  • 1 can of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 parsley for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Cook the spaghetti as indicated on the package.
