Ingredients and preparation of the recipe "Lasange a la Grünkernbolognese"
Ingredients for 2-3 servings
For the lasagna
- 200 g of tomato paste
- 100 g of green kernel
- 8 pieces of lasagna leaves without egg and without cooking
- 2 pieces of garlic cloves
- 1 piece onion, medium sized
Liquid ingredients and spices
- 300 ml of water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon each dried rosemary, sage, thyme, oregano
- Oil for the mold
For the font
- 100 ml soy drink
- 30 g of white almond paste
- 2 tablespoons of seasoning flakes
- 1 tablespoon soy flour, full fat
- 1 teaspoon vegetable broth (yeast-free)
For the Bolognese olive oil, do not overheat and fry the herbs for a few seconds.
Chop onion and garlic and add. Fry for a few minutes, stirring often.
Roughly grate the green kernel, add and fry also briefly.
Then add the water, boil everything and on low heat (it is best to put a wire coaster on the plate) for 10 minutes swell. Stir in tomato paste and reheat, but do not cook.
For the cast, dissolve the almond paste in the soybean drink, stir in the vegetable brewing powder, add the seasoning yeast flakes and finally stir everything with the soybean cream until creamy. Brush a casserole dish with vegetable margarine and lay out the bottom with 4 uncooked lasagna leaves. Layer one layer of Bolognese on top, cover with another layer of 4 sheets of laganas and then spread over the rest of the Bolognese.
Finally, sprinkle the lagagne with the water and bake in a preheated oven at 200° C for 30 minutes.
