Almond milk is pure a fine and satisfying snack, goes well with muesli as well as shakes and serves as a base for dessert sauces, salad dressings or cream sauces.
Ingredients and preparation "Kiwi almond shake"
- 500 ml almond milk
- 3 - 4 kiwis
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 2 - 3 tablespoons syrup
- 1 pinch of vanilla and / or cinnamon
- Almond flakes for garnish
Peel and quarter the kiwis.
Add the milk to the blender and make a creamy shake with all the other ingredients.
Sprinkle almonds over it.
