Wild herbs are not only suitable for the medicine cabinet, but also enrich our menu with those bioactive plant substances that are missing in the usual diet today. Wild herbs give us rare nutrients and valuable healing substances.
Ingredients for 3-4 glasses
For the smoothie
- 50 g of wild herbs (eg plantain, dandelion, greed or similar)
- ½ bunch of parsley
- 2 sweet apples
- 2 ripe pears
Liquid ingredients and spices
- 300 ml of water
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
Cut the fruit and herbs into small pieces. Then place all ingredients in a strong blender and chop to the desired consistency. We wish a good appetite!
