Ingredients and preparation "croquettes of chickpeas"
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g of germinated and then cooked chickpeas
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Coconut oil or clarified butter (ghee)
Preparation time: approx. 30 minutes
Boil the potatoes in salted water. Puree with the chickpeas. Put the puree in a bowl, add chopped parsley and onion, salt, pepper and mix well.
Form croquettes or balls from this dough, fry in some oil in a pan, turning them over several times to make them golden brown on all sides.
