Broccoli frying pan with almonds

It is now known that broccoli contains certain ingredients that have extremely effective anti-cancer properties.

Ingredients for 3 servings

For the pan

  • 600 g of broccoli
  • 30 g of butter
  • 30 g almond flakes
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic

Liquid ingredients and spices

  • 200 ml vegetable broth (without yeast)
  • salt
  • pepper


Preparation time approx. 35 minutes

Divide the broccoli into florets, possibly peel the stems and cut crosswise. Finely chop the onions, finely grate the garlic and fry both in the butter.

Add the broccoli, pour in the vegetable broth and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then remove from the broth and keep warm.

Broth the broth, add the juice of the lemon, salt and pepper to taste. In the meantime, toast the almonds without fat in a small pan.

Before serving, pour the boiled stock over the broccoli and sprinkle with the almonds.
