Basic spring salad

For the salad

  • 1 bunch of dandelions
  • 1 bunch of rocket
  • 1 bunch of radishes with leaves

  • 1/2 stick leek
  • 2 carrots


Preparation time approx. 20 minutes

Wash dandelion, rocket, radish leaves, lettuce, wild garlic, drain and cut a bit.

Wash the radishes, cut off the ends and cut into thin slices.

Wash the leek and cut into rings

Wash the carrots, peel and chop thin "shavings" with the asparagus peeler.

Mix all ingredients well and turn it on with your favorite salad dressing.
