This basic soup is ideal as a snack during a Basenfasten cure. It's easy to prepare and ready to serve in just 10 minutes. Of course, this healthy and tasty soup can also be enjoyed for breakfast or as a light appetizer for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients for 2 servings
For the soup
- Peel 1 onion and cut into very fine cubes
Liquid ingredients and spices
- 400 ml vegetable broth
- 150 ml of organic cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 handful of fresh radish leaves - wash, drain and finely chop
- 1 handful of cress
- crystal salt
Preparation time approx. 10 minutes
Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the oneldarin at medium temperature until glassy. Add the radish leaves and cook with stirring for 3 minutes.
Then add the vegetable stock and let it boil briefly. Stir in the cream, bring to the boil again and remove from heat.
Season with salt and sprinkle with cress.
