Ingredients and preparation "potato pan with beans"
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 700 g of potatoes
- 500 g of green beans
- 2 onions
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 2 branches of savory
- 3 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
- crystal salt
Preparation time: approx. 45 minutes
Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, wash the beans, clean, cut into bite-sized pieces and blanch in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes.
Peel the onions and cut into rings. Wash and dry the herbs. Remove the beans, quench cold and drain.
Drain the potatoes and allow to cool, then peel and slice.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, fry the potatoes until golden brown in 6 - 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat the remaining olive oil in a second pan at the same time. Add the beans and onion rings to the oil and fry for 8-10 minutes with the thyme and bean curds.
Then fold in the fried potato slices and season again with salt and pepper.
