This breakfast porridge is a simple recipe for a purely basic start to the day - especially for those who do not want to eat the fruit early in the morning, but prefer to spoon a porridge. If necessary, the porridge can also be flavored with cinnamon or vanilla and warmed slightly (but never cooked). Of course, you can always take other than the fruits mentioned for the porridge. Blueberries, for example, also go very well with bananas and apples.
Ingredients for 1 serving
For the porridge
- 1 carrot
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- Walnuts (better almonds)
- a few raisins or other dried fruits to sweeten
Preparation time approx. 15 minutes
Purée everything with the blender until the desired consistency.
