A healthy diet is of course also the use of high quality fats and the fatty acids of avocado are undoubtedly among the highest quality. The amount of monounsaturated fatty acids contained in the avocado makes them one of the healthiest fat suppliers ever. The fat of the avocado is u. a. even able to lower cholesterol levels.
- 1 ripe avocado
- 3 radishes - cut into thin slices or dice finely
- crystal salt
Liquid ingredients and spices
- Juice 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil
- pepper from the grinder
- 1 bunch chives - cut into fine rolls
Halve the avocado, remove the kernel and lift the pulp out of the shell with a tablespoon. Then purée with the lemon juice.
Mix all other ingredients well, season with salt and pepper and fold under the avocado mass.
This dip can also be refined with tomato paste.
