This avocado dip is ready to serve in just 10 minutes, easy to prepare and simply delicious. It fits as a dip as well as vegetable sticks as a topping on a crispy toasted bread. In addition, this dip is extremely healthy because the avocado provides those monounsaturated fatty acids that are known to positively affect cholesterol levels.
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 2 avocados
- 2 garlic cloves - pressed
Liquid ingredients and spices
- Juice of half a lime
- crystal salt
- colorful or black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch of chili or cayenne pepper (at will)
Preparation time approx. 10 minutes
Halve the avocado, remove the kernel, lift the pulp with a tablespoon and place in a tall bowl.
Add garlic and lime juice, salt and pepper.
Puree everything with a blender, season again with salt, pepper and if necessary chilli or cayenne pepper.
